Quantum Executive Resources, LLC has a process and a strategy that sets us apart from other executive search firms.
We conduct extensive candidate qualifying interviews that focus on upward mobility, records of success, ambition and
areas of fit. We identify eager candidates who are at the top of their game and assure their readiness for career movement.
There are times when even a highly qualified candidate is not the right one for our corporate clients. That is why we also
assess corporate climate and culture through hiring manager interviews. This allows us to eliminate candidates who might
not be just what they are looking for at this time. Finally, we arrange introductions, schedule meetings, and keep everyone
involved informed throughout the process. We partner from beginning to end to make sure both individual and corporate
clients have a positive experience.

Turnaround Time – It is our policy to deliver the profiles of at least 3 pre-screened, successful and enthusiastic candidates to managers within one week of the
commencement of a search. Searches begin once we have a full understanding of what your company is seeking. This understanding requires a detailed interview with the individual(s)
with authority to hire. This interview takes about one hour.
