Stroll around Balboa Park
Enjoy a stroll through Balboa Park, the largest urban park in North America. This 1,200-acre park offers fifteen museums, a variety of gardens, arts and international cultural associations.
Displays of internationally significant art treasures, exotic animal species, unique model railroads, world folk art, sports memorabilia and rare aircraft are just a sampling of what you will see. The park is also home to the world famous San Diego Zoo, whose first residents were abandoned exotic animals from the 1915 Panama-California Expo.
